Philadelphia, PA – Breezy winds, increasing cloud cover, and a chance of snow showers are forecast across eastern Pennsylvania as an upper-level trough moves through the region Tuesday into Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, clouds are expected to increase by late Tuesday morning, with isolated to scattered rain showers developing north of the I-95 corridor throughout the day. Temperatures will remain seasonable, ranging from the upper 40s to mid-50s across major cities including Philadelphia, Allentown, and Trenton.

Snow showers may develop in higher elevations of the southern Poconos by Wednesday afternoon. Though accumulation is not expected to be significant, drivers in Monroe and Carbon counties should remain alert for sudden changes in road conditions.

Westerly winds will increase Tuesday afternoon, with gusts reaching up to 30 mph. These breezy conditions may impact high-profile vehicles, especially along elevated roadways and open stretches near the I-80 corridor.

Residents are advised to secure outdoor items and monitor local updates for changes in precipitation patterns. While no major storm system is expected, the brief mix of rain and snow could lead to reduced visibility and minor travel delays in affected areas.
