SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. — The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal Unit in Greensburg is asking for the public’s help as investigators look into a series of suspected arson fires in Addison Township.
According to troopers, two separate fires destroyed vacant structures owned by the same individual earlier this month.
The first fire occurred at a remote cabin on Listonburg Road and was reported between November 7 and November 14, 2025. Investigators later confirmed it had been intentionally set.
The second fire broke out on November 16, 2025, at 154 Mount Davis Road, damaging a vacant home that was also ruled an arson. Both structures were declared total losses.
Authorities say no injuries were reported, but they’re urging anyone with information to come forward. Troopers Sobecki and Ramsden of Troop A are leading the investigation.
