Philadelphia, PA – A wet and foggy start to the workweek is expected as spring storms bring steady rain across southeastern Pennsylvania on Sunday.

According to the National Weather Service, rain will begin early Sunday morning and continue throughout the day, with the heaviest downpours between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Commuters on I-95 and local routes should anticipate slower travel times, reduced visibility, and slick road conditions through the evening.

Winds will remain light from the north around 5 mph. Monday’s high will hover near 51°F, with a 90% chance of precipitation. Light flooding is possible in low-lying areas due to saturated ground from Sunday’s rain.
