Later that day, around 1:30 p.m., Fanning was seen at the Fine Wine and Good Spirits store located inside the Church Hill Mall in Hazleton.
Investigators said Fanning was allegedly seen again on the evening of November 16, 2018, at approximately 10:30 p.m., at the 15th Street Beer Barn on West 15th Street in Hazleton. Following this, no further confirmed sightings have been reported.
