Pittsburgh, PA – Western Pennsylvania faces a cold and breezy weekend, with scattered snow showers and below-freezing temperatures expected. Wind chills could drop into the single digits, making outdoor conditions uncomfortable.

According to the National Weather Service, Pittsburgh will see mostly cloudy skies on Saturday, with highs reaching only 36°F. Winds from the southwest will increase by the evening, making temperatures feel colder. By Saturday night, lows will dip to 22°F, with cloud cover persisting.

Sunday offers slightly warmer conditions, with highs near 39°F and partly sunny skies. However, another round of clouds moves in Sunday night, with lows around 31°F.

Looking ahead, Monday and Tuesday will bring warmer but cloudy weather, with highs reaching 47°F. A chance of rain enters the forecast Monday night, increasing the risk of slick roads as temperatures hover near freezing overnight.

Drivers should remain cautious, as brief snow squalls Friday night could reduce visibility. Pedestrians should bundle up, as wind chills will make temperatures feel significantly lower than the actual readings.
