Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Commercial Vehicle at Cass Clay Creamery in Fargo, ND

Fargo, ND – A fatal accident early Thursday morning resulted in the death of a pedestrian at the Cass Clay Creamery in Fargo. At approximately 1:02 a.m., a commercial vehicle struck a pedestrian while navigating the creamery’s parking lot, located on private property.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, a 2020 Capacity of Texas Inc yard truck was towing a 2021 Great Dane reefer trailer in the west lot of the creamery. The truck, which was heading southbound, hit the pedestrian. Authorities pronounced the individual dead at the scene.

The crash did not involve any creamery employees, and the identity of the victim has not yet been released. The incident remains under investigation as officials work to determine the exact circumstances leading to the collision.
