Palos Park, IL – The Village of Palos Park Utilities Division has announced a planned water service disruption for residents near 12697 Southwest Highway on Monday, October 20, 2025, as crews work to repair a cracked water main.
According to the village notice, temporary interruptions in water service may occur between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. while the repair is underway. Utility crews will work throughout the morning and afternoon to complete the fix and minimize disruption for nearby homes and businesses.
Once service is restored, residents are asked to run all faucets briefly to clear any trapped air from their water systems. Officials apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate public cooperation during the maintenance work.
