Paducah, KY – Western Kentucky residents can look forward to a stretch of mild and mostly dry weather through the weekend, with temperatures rising well above seasonal averages, according to the National Weather Service in Paducah.
Forecasters say highs will steadily climb from the low to upper 60s midweek to the mid-70s by Saturday, marking a roughly 10-degree increase over normal November temperatures. Overnight lows will also moderate, ranging from the upper 30s Wednesday night to the upper 50s this weekend.
While an isolated rain shower could develop across eastern portions of the region Friday morning, most areas will stay dry until Sunday, when the next chance of widespread rain showers moves in.
Winds are expected to ease after gusts up to 35 mph earlier this week, and overall conditions will remain calm and pleasant for outdoor activities.
“This week’s warm-up will bring temperatures closer to early October levels,” the NWS said, noting that cooler, wetter weather may follow early next week.
