Paducah, KY – A stretch of warm, pleasant weather will continue across western Kentucky, southern Illinois, southeast Missouri, and northwest Tennessee as highs rise into the 70s Friday and Saturday. The National Weather Service Paducah office says temperatures will run well above normal before a more active pattern returns next week.
Friday will bring highs in the low to mid-70s across most of the Tri-State region, with only small, localized rain chances early in the day—generally 5 to 15 percent for areas including Evansville, Henderson, and Madisonville. Lows Friday night will settle in the upper 40s to upper 50s.
Saturday stays warm, with highs again in the low to mid-70s. A slight chance of showers returns Saturday night—mainly in eastern portions of the region such as Madisonville, Hopkinsville, and Mount Carmel—though most locations remain dry. By Sunday, highs dip slightly into the 60s as clouds begin to increase ahead of the next weather system.
Forecasters say a more widespread rain event is likely Monday night into Tuesday, with chances rising to 50–60 percent across much of the area. This will mark the start of a more active pattern expected to last through the middle of next week.
Residents enjoying the warm spell should plan for a shift toward wetter weather early next week.
