Carbondale, KS – Four law enforcement officers were injured and one suspect was killed Friday morning following a domestic disturbance that led to gunfire in Osage County, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP).

The shooting occurred around 10:24 a.m. on November 15, 2025, when Osage County Sheriff’s deputies and KHP personnel responded to a disturbance at 11222 S. Topeka Avenue, near Carbondale.
