After further investigation, authorities arrested Karmen Sauers for alleged menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, and DUII. She was lodged at the Lane County Jail. Kirby Sauers was also arrested for DUII and cited in lieu of custody, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office. Imponen was allegedly arrested for theft in the first degree and lodged at the Lane County Jail.
