Tulsa, OK – Tulsa residents should prepare for breezy conditions Wednesday as winds pick up across the region, followed by a steady warm-up heading into the weekend.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Wednesday will start with a slight chance of early morning showers before clearing to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will reach a high of 59°F, but gusty northeast winds between 10 to 15 mph, with occasional gusts up to 25 mph, will make it feel cooler throughout the day.

By Wednesday night, skies will clear, with temperatures dropping to a low of 51°F. Winds will shift from the south at 5 to 10 mph, calming slightly but still producing occasional gusts.

Thursday remains mostly sunny, with highs near 55°F and shifting winds moving from the southwest to the north in the afternoon. While temperatures hold steady, breezy conditions will persist, with gusts up to 20 mph.

By Friday, Tulsa will begin warming up, reaching a high near 60°F under partly sunny skies. The real warm-up arrives Saturday, with temperatures climbing to 64°F and southwest winds increasing between 10 to 15 mph, bringing occasional gusts up to 25 mph.

No hazardous weather is expected this week, but residents should be prepared for fluctuating temperatures and gusty winds, especially on Wednesday and Thursday. Those spending time outdoors should secure loose objects and dress accordingly for changing conditions.

Looking ahead, the warming trend could continue into next week, bringing milder, more comfortable temperatures for early February. Stay informed by checking local forecasts for updates.
