OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Residents across central Oklahoma can expect a calm, sun-filled week ahead, with highs in the upper 80s and virtually no rain through Saturday. After a mild overnight low near 65°F, Monday brings full sunshine and light south winds—ideal conditions for outdoor plans or early fall yard work.

According to the National Weather Service in Norman, winds will shift slightly midweek, turning north by Tuesday night as a weak front drifts through the region. Despite the wind change, temperatures will remain steady, with highs around 77°F Tuesday and rebounding to the mid-80s by Thursday. Nights will stay mild, with lows in the low to mid-60s.

Drivers and outdoor workers should expect steady sun exposure throughout the week, with UV levels staying high. Light winds and clear skies could also allow for patchy morning haze in low-lying areas before burning off quickly each day.

This stretch of stable weather looks to continue into next weekend, though forecasters note that more seasonal changes could arrive early next week.
