Columbus, Ohio – Residents across Columbus and central Ohio can expect a stretch of pleasant summer weather with abundant sunshine and cooler nights continuing through Monday, August 5.

According to the National Weather Service, clear skies will keep temperatures near 80°F each afternoon, with overnight lows dipping to the upper 50s and low 60s. North and northeast winds will stay light, providing a comfortable breeze for outdoor plans in Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, and Grove City.

Weekend events and travel along I-70 and I-71 will be unaffected by rain, and utilities and schools should see no weather disruptions. Locals are encouraged to take advantage of mild nights for outdoor dining, yard work, or early morning runs, and to stay hydrated as afternoon sun remains strong.

This stretch of calm, sunny weather will hold through at least Monday night, with more updates expected as rain chances develop midweek.
