Cleveland, OH – Temperatures are climbing quickly across northern Ohio this morning, with a noticeable warmup already underway that will push highs near 60 degrees by this afternoon.

According to the National Weather Service in Cleveland, today’s highs will run 15 to 20 degrees warmer than Saturday, reaching the upper 50s to lower 60s across cities including Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo. Skies will feature a mix of sun and clouds, creating mild and comfortable conditions through the afternoon.

The next change arrives overnight, when a few passing showers may develop, especially after midnight into early Monday morning. Areas along I-90 and I-71 could see brief wet roads and reduced visibility during the early commute hours.

Lows tonight will remain mild in the upper 40s to near 50 degrees, preventing any freezing concerns but allowing for damp conditions by sunrise. Drivers should remain alert for slick spots, particularly on untreated surfaces.

The warming trend continues into early week, with additional rain chances returning as a more active pattern develops. Further advisories may be issued as precipitation timing becomes clearer.
