Steubenville, OH – A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia from 7 PM Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday, with light ice accumulations expected.
According to the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh, areas including Tuscarawas, Carroll, Columbiana, Beaver, and Hancock counties will experience freezing rain overnight, creating slick road conditions.
Drivers should use caution and avoid unnecessary travel late Wednesday into early Thursday. Power outages may also occur in some areas.
