Wilmington, OH – The Ohio Valley region is set for a warm weekend, with temperatures climbing into the mid-to-upper 80s today and reaching the upper 80s to lower 90s on Sunday. 

According to the US National Weather Service Wilmington, OH, thunderstorms will be less widespread today compared to yesterday, though a few may still develop this afternoon. Dry weather is expected on Sunday, providing a brief respite from the storm activity. 

Today, residents can expect mostly clear skies in the morning, with temperatures starting at 68°F and gradually rising. The chance of thunderstorms peaks at 65%, particularly in the afternoon. Sunday promises sunny skies, with temperatures ranging from 66°F in the morning to a high of 88°F in the afternoon.

Looking ahead, the heat continues into next week. Monday will see temperatures reaching 90°F under clear skies. Tuesday and Wednesday will be similarly hot, with highs of 89°F and 88°F respectively, though Wednesday has a 35% chance of rain. Thursday through Saturday will offer slightly cooler temperatures in the low 80s, with mostly sunny conditions expected.
