Lucasville, Oh – The Portsmouth Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigates a fatal motorcycle crash on SR 823.
Authorities say Todd White, 57, of London, Oh, riding a 2013 Harley Davidson, veered off the road while negotiating a curve, colliding with a guardrail. Despite wearing a helmet, White’s injuries proved fatal. He was part of a group of riders, and no others were harmed. Surprisingly, speed wasn’t a factor. Valley Township EMS and VFD provided assistance.
The investigation aims to shed light on the circumstances surrounding this devastating incident.
