According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 3 p.m. to a crash at the intersection of County Highway A and County Highway W involving a pickup truck, a motorcycle, and a passenger car.
Investigators said a pickup driven by Karri Alwin, 52, of Oconomowoc, was traveling south on County Highway A and turned left onto County Highway W, crossing in front of a motorcycle operated by Jason Fox, 40, of Fox Lake. Fox was attempting to legally pass slowed traffic when the truck turned into his path, causing a collision. A third vehicle, driven by Kazuko Ura, 31, of Juneau, was struck after the initial impact.
Neither Alwin nor Ura was injured, according to the sheriff’s office. Fox was flown from the scene with serious injuries initially believed to be non-life-threatening. However, officials confirmed that Fox died in the hospital on October 6, 2025.
