Green Bay, WI – Early afternoon radar updates indicate that storms crossing northern Wisconsin are holding together, presenting significant weather hazards. The primary threats include wind gusts reaching up to 50 mph and hail up to half an inch in diameter, accompanied by frequent lightning.

According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, the storms are expected to continue tracking east and shift over north-central Wisconsin early this afternoon. These storms have the potential to strengthen, so residents are advised to stay alert and have a way to receive warnings. The greatest risk is expected to last until 4:00 PM, particularly in the areas marked in red on the weather map.

Further south and east, the likelihood of storms remains low, around 10%. However, residents should remain cautious and keep an eye on the sky throughout the day.

The current weather in Green Bay is sunny, with a temperature of 86°F. The forecast for the rest of the day shows temperatures peaking at 88°F by 3 PM, then gradually cooling down to 75°F by midnight.

Looking ahead, Sunday brings a 55% chance of rain with temperatures ranging from 71°F to 88°F. Monday and Tuesday are expected to be partly sunny, with highs of 85°F and 81°F respectively. Temperatures will drop midweek, with Wednesday and Thursday seeing highs of 75°F and 77°F, accompanied by cooler overnight lows in the 50s and 60s.
