Kahoka, Missouri –A Tornado Watch is in effect for northeast Missouri, including Kahoka and Memphis, through 8 p.m. Friday as severe storms threaten the region with tornadoes, hail, and high winds.

According to the National Weather Service in the Quad Cities, Tornado Watch 505 includes Clark and Scotland counties. Communities in and around Kahoka and Memphis are urged to be on alert as powerful thunderstorms develop across the region this evening.
