DULUTH, Minn. – Fog blanketed parts of the North Shore early Friday night, with visibility dropping near zero in some low-lying areas. By Saturday, conditions should clear into mostly sunny skies, though breezy winds will pick up across Duluth and the Twin Ports by the afternoon.
