Cleveland, Ohio – Sunshine and dry skies will cap off the last Sunday of June across northern Ohio, with temperatures climbing into the upper 80s and low 90s from Toledo to Youngstown.

According to the National Weather Service in Cleveland, morning fog will lift by late morning, followed by a stretch of seasonable heat as high pressure settles over the region. Most locations, including Cleveland (88°F), Akron (88°F), and Findlay (90°F), will top out near or slightly above normal for this time of year.

Drivers may experience reduced visibility early in the day, especially near Lake Erie and in low-lying valleys, but road conditions will remain dry throughout. Cities like Sandusky, Elyria, and Wooster will also reach the mid-to-upper 80s, with minimal wind and low humidity. No rain is expected today or into the start of the workweek.

With temperatures expected to stay in the mid-to-upper 80s through the Fourth of July holiday, residents are encouraged to hydrate, limit strenuous outdoor activity during peak heat hours, and check on pets or vulnerable neighbors.

More updates are expected Monday morning as warm, dry conditions continue across the state.
