Cleveland, OH – Northeast Ohio residents can expect a warm, dry stretch of weather through the end of the week, with just a slight chance of rain appearing late Sunday, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) Cleveland.
On Wednesday, highs will range from 76 to 86 degrees, with patchy morning fog giving way to sunshine. Thursday is forecast to be the warmest day of the week, with temperatures climbing into the upper 80s under sunny skies.
According to the NWS, a weak cold front will sweep through northern Ohio on Friday, bringing slightly cooler air. Highs will fall into the upper 60s and low 80s, though conditions will remain mostly sunny.
Looking ahead, the weekend should stay dry and mild. Saturday is expected to remain partly cloudy, while Sunday will bring highs in the low to mid-80s. The next chance of a shower will not arrive until Sunday afternoon, and even then, forecasters expect only a low likelihood of rainfall.
The NWS noted that the extended period of dry conditions is unusual for mid-September and may benefit outdoor events across the Cleveland area and northern Ohio. Drivers, however, should be cautious of early morning fog on several days this week.
