Fort Worth, TX – North Texas will face another cold night as temperatures drop into the 20s and 30s before warming Friday.
According to the National Weather Service Fort Worth, clouds will increase overnight, but a warming trend will follow. Lows will dip to the upper 20s and lower 30s across the region. By Friday, highs will reach the 50s.
Gainesville and DFW expect temperatures around 29°F and 32°F overnight. Waco and Killeen will stay slightly warmer at 33°F. Friday’s highs will range from 50°F in Gainesville to 57°F in Cisco and Graham.
The warming trend will continue into the weekend, bringing relief from freezing temperatures. No precipitation is expected, but increasing clouds may affect visibility.
Residents should dress warmly and protect pets and plants from the cold.
