Roselle Begins Phase 1 of North Metra Commuter Parking Lot Seal Coating Project

Roselle, Ill. — The Village of Roselle has released new updates on the North Metra commuter parking lot. Over the weekend of June 20 to 22, the western half of the lot will be blocked off for sealcoating starting at 2:00 a.m. on Friday, June 20, until the evening of Sunday, June 22. The lot will be accessible from Rose Drive East off of Lawrence Avenue. This will start Phase 1 of the North Metra Commuter Parking Lot Seal Coating Project. The commuter lot will be fully open on Monday through Thursday of the week of June 22.

Phase 2 of the North Metra Commuter Parking Lot Seal Coating Project will begin over the weekend of June 27 to 29. The eastern half of the commuter lot will be closed for sealcoating work beginning at 2:00 a.m. on Friday, June 27, until Sunday night, June 29. During this phase of the project, Rose Drive East will be obstructed and traffic will follow a detour through the Metro 19 parking garage to access the North Metra lot. The garage will not be available for commuter parking.
