Grand Forks, ND – North Dakota residents near Arvilla should prepare for changing weather starting Thursday. While today’s skies remain mostly sunny, rain is expected to move into the region by Thursday morning, continuing through much of the day. Cooler temperatures will follow, with highs dropping to the low 50s on Friday. Winds will also shift to the northwest, bringing gusts up to 23 mph later in the week.
