West Fargo, ND – A motorcycle accident in West Fargo resulted in severe injuries for the driver, who was not wearing a helmet. The incident occurred on Sheyenne Street in the 3400 block. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the 2016 Indian Motorcycle was traveling south in lane one when it drove over the median curb and entered the grassy median. The motorcycle sideswiped a light pole, causing it to overturn onto its side.
The driver was thrown from the motorcycle and sustained serious life-threatening injuries. He was transported via ambulance to Sanford Hospital. The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, and the driver’s name will be released at a later date.
