North Dakota Crash Kills Georgia Man as Truck Overturns in Dunn County

Dunn County, ND – A 31-year-old Georgia man died in a rollover crash Sunday evening in rural Dunn County.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 7 p.m. Mountain Time on 9B St. NW near 119M Ave NW. The driver of a 2016 GMC Sierra pickup was traveling west when the vehicle veered off the road. The truck overturned into Crosby Creek, killing the driver at the scene.

Authorities identified the victim as a Lawrenceville, Georgia, resident. Officials confirmed he was wearing a seat belt during the crash. No other vehicles were involved.

The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office, Killdeer Area Ambulance, and West Dunn Fire Rescue responded. The North Dakota Highway Patrol continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
