The severe weather threat for Thursday, June 19, is rated Level 2 (Slight Risk) for central North Carolina, with damaging wind and hail as the main concerns.

The severe threat for Thursday is greatest between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. The Level 2 risk area includes cities such as Greensboro, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.
