Lexington, N.C. — A multi-agency narcotics investigation led to the arrest of Christopher Brandon Yokeley, 44, of Lexington, following a coordinated operation conducted by the Davidson Anti-Drug Regional Task Force (DART), the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office Traffic and Criminal Enforcement Team (TRACE), and partnering law enforcement agencies.
According to officials, detectives conducted a vehicle stop on November 6, 2025, during which Yokeley was taken into custody and officers reportedly seized distributable quantities of methamphetamine and fentanyl. Investigators then executed a consensual search at Yokeley’s residence on South NC Highway 150, where they reportedly recovered approximately 49 grams of fentanyl, 16 grams of methamphetamine, Oxycodone, Xanax, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, and three firearms.
Yokeley was charged with a series of offenses, including Trafficking Heroin, Trafficking Heroin by Transport, Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances, multiple counts of Possession of Schedule II and IV Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Driving While License Revoked, and Failure to Maintain Lane Control.
He is being held in the Davidson County Jail under a $1,300,000 secured bond, with a court date scheduled for November 20, 2025, in Davidson County District Court.
The investigation remains part of DART’s ongoing efforts to dismantle drug trafficking networks and reduce the availability of illicit substances in the region.
