Davidson County, NC – A traffic stop on Interstate 85 in Thomasville led to the arrest of a North Carolina man after deputies allegedly found a stolen firearm inside his vehicle.

According to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, detectives with the Traffic & Criminal Enforcement Team stopped a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox on Tuesday, September 16, near mile marker 103 for a traffic violation.
