Huntsville, AL – A steady stretch of dry, mild fall weather will continue across North Alabama through Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service in Huntsville.
The forecast calls for highs climbing into the upper 70s to low 80s across the region, with the higher elevations of the Cumberland Plateau staying slightly cooler. Valley locations could reach the upper 80s, bringing warmer afternoons before temperatures dip again overnight.
According to meteorologists, overnight lows are expected to range from the upper 50s to lower 60s, offering crisp mornings that will feel seasonably fall-like. Sunday and Monday highs are forecast between 79 and 88 degrees, while Tuesday will bring similar conditions with highs around 78 to 88 degrees.
Forecasters noted a very slim chance of a shower near the Alabama-Georgia border, but otherwise, dry conditions are anticipated across most of North Alabama. No significant weather hazards are expected in the short-term outlook.
