Normal, IL – Two Found Shot in Home, Both Die of Injuries

Normal, IL – Two individuals were found shot inside a home on the 3000 block of Red Jasper Street early Wednesday. Both later died from their injuries.

According to the Normal Police Department, officers responded around 2:26 a.m. and discovered the victims with apparent gunshot wounds. Life-saving measures were initiated, and one individual was transported to a local hospital, but both succumbed to their injuries.

The McLean County Coroner’s Office is collaborating with police on the investigation. The names of the deceased are being withheld pending family notification. Authorities believe this is an isolated incident with no immediate threat to the public.
