Newark, DE – A Wilmington man has been charged in connection with a string of burglaries at the Iron Hill Corporate Center in Newark, Delaware, after police linked multiple incidents dating back to August.

According to Delaware State Police, 21-year-old Isaiah Moore was arrested following a months-long investigation into a series of break-ins at 700 Prides Crossing. Detectives from Troop 2 Property Crimes Unit said Moore allegedly entered several businesses at the corporate complex between August and October 2025, targeting offices for personal items and credit cards.

Investigators said the first incident occurred on August 13, when a suspect entered a business but fled without taking anything. On September 21, a similar break-in resulted in the theft of employee credit cards, which were later used for unauthorized purchases. Additional burglaries followed on October 4 and October 5, when the suspect allegedly attempted to enter the same business again.

Between October 9 and 10, police said a suspect with the same appearance entered The Bistro at Prides Crossing, taking an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. Detectives later identified Moore as the suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest.

Moore turned himself in at Troop 6 and was charged with multiple felonies, including burglary, theft, and unlawful use of payment cards. He was arraigned on October 16, 2025, by Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on his own recognizance pending trial.
