Police said Gilmore consented to a search of the vehicle, which allegedly turned up a stolen, loaded Jimenez Arms pistol, about 22.2 grams of crack cocaine, 34.2 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a fraudulent Florida driver’s license, debit cards under a false name, and a digital scale.
Gilmore was arrested and charged with multiple felonies, including two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, third-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, fourth-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine, and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He also faces charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of a firearm, and stolen property possession.
