Cornwall, NY – New York State Police are renewing their call for information in the disappearance of Raymond Locascio, who went missing more than 11 years ago on July 8, 2014. Locascio, now 73, was last seen leaving the Monroe area that afternoon around 2:30 p.m.

According to New York State Police, Locascio was last observed wearing blue jean shorts and a blue polo or T-shirt with the “BeavEx” logo. He was known to wear glasses and may have been wearing a blue or black fitted baseball cap.

Investigators reported that Locascio was driving a 2006 Ford Taurus with New York registration DJD 8622. The vehicle was later recovered by New York State Park Police on July 10, 2014, at 1:00 a.m. in the Turkey Hill parking area off State Route 6 in the Town of Woodbury. Despite extensive searches, no trace of Locascio himself has been found.

State Police describe Locascio as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 215 to 230 pounds. Authorities continue to encourage anyone who may have seen him, his vehicle, or has information about his disappearance to contact the New York State Police at (845) 344-5300.

Locascio’s wife and daughters remain active in seeking answers, describing him as a devoted family man. Police stress that all tips will remain confidential as the case remains open.
