New Lenox, IL – Public Works will begin its final mosquito abatement routes this evening, focusing on Routes 5 and 6.
The targeted areas include both the incorporated Village of New Lenox and unincorporated New Lenox Township. Fogging operations will commence after 7 p.m. and continue until the routes are fully covered.
According to the Village of New Lenox, residents can sign up for a fogging notification list by contacting Public Works at (815) 215-4800, Monday through Friday, to receive same-day alerts.
