New Jersey Frost Advisory: Cold Snap Expected to Hit Tonight

Mount Holly, NJ – A frost advisory remains in effect from midnight to 9 a.m. Friday for portions of central, northern, and southern New Jersey. Temperatures could dip as low as 35 degrees, creating conditions for frost formation.

The National Weather Service advises that residents in areas including Trenton, Morristown, and Cape May take action to protect sensitive outdoor vegetation. Frost could cause harm to unprotected plants, especially tender ones. Bringing potted plants indoors is recommended.
