Concord, NH – A Manchester woman was arrested Sunday night after allegedly driving the wrong way and causing a head-on crash on Interstate 93 in Concord.

According to New Hampshire State Police, dispatchers began receiving reports of a wrong-way driver on I-93 northbound near Exit 12 around 11:32 p.m. on September 21, 2025. Minutes later, troopers were updated about a head-on crash in the same area.

When troopers arrived at 11:36 p.m., they found a 2023 red Jeep Wrangler disabled in the right travel lane by Exit 12S and a 2011 black Chevrolet Silverado disabled in the breakdown lane near Exit 12N. Both drivers were evaluated at the scene and no injuries were reported.

The driver of the Jeep, identified as Sandra Ouellette, 57, of Manchester, was arrested on charges of DUI, criminal mischief, and reckless conduct. Police said Ouellette was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Concord District Court on Friday, October 10, 2025.

Traffic on I-93 northbound was diverted off Exit 12S for about an hour while police investigated and cleared debris from the scene. Bow Police Department and Concord Fire Department assisted state troopers.
