Concord, NH – An electric bicycle rider was killed Monday night after colliding with an SUV on Interstate 93 in Concord, according to New Hampshire State Police.
Troopers reported the crash just before 9 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2025, at the Exit 14 offramp. The e-bike rider, identified as Keerati Nakklee of Concord, was transported to Concord Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
According to investigators, Nakklee attempted to cross the interstate at the top of the Exit 14 ramp when the driver of a Hyundai Tucson merged onto the offramp and struck the e-bike. No other vehicles were involved, and no additional injuries were reported.
The Exit 14 offramp remained closed for several hours while police investigated. Authorities said it is not clear why Nakklee was on the interstate. E-bikes are not subject to the same registration, licensing, or insurance rules as motor vehicles and cannot legally be operated on New Hampshire interstates.
The crash remains under investigation. State police are asking anyone with dash camera footage or information to contact Trooper Kevin Barry at (603) 223-4381 or Kevin.J.Barry@dos.nh.gov.
