Orford, NH — A 19-year-old Orford man faces multiple charges following allegations of sexual assault against a minor. Authorities report that Noah Schwarz was taken into custody on Friday, October 25, after an investigation by New Hampshire State Troopers.
On October 22, Troopers from Troop F received a report accusing Schwarz of sexually assaulting a female under 18. Following a detailed investigation, authorities arrested him on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two additional counts of sexual assault. Schwarz remains held at Grafton County House of Corrections as he awaits his first court appearance.
Schwarz is scheduled to be arraigned in Lebanon District Court on Monday, October 28, 2024. State Police continue to investigate and urge anyone with further information to contact Detective Sgt. Sean Smarz at (603) 223-8707.
