Twin Mountain, NH – A Rumney man was arrested early Tuesday morning after state troopers quickly tracked down a stolen motorcycle reported missing from a home in Warren.

According to the New Hampshire State Police, troopers at the Troop F barracks received a report at 7:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, that a 2007 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide had been stolen.

Only 20 minutes later, troopers located a pickup truck towing a trailer carrying the stolen motorcycle. The driver, identified as Charles Bixby, 36, of Rumney, was arrested at the scene.

Police say Bixby was charged with theft by unauthorized taking, driving with a suspended license, and disobeying a police officer. He was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Plymouth District Court on Monday, Jan. 22, 2026.
