New Hampshire: Fatal I-93 Crash in Londonderry, 17-Year-Old Victim Identified

Londonderry, NH – A 17-year-old Londonderry resident has died following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 93 this afternoon.

State Troopers responded at 2:47 p.m. after receiving reports of a crash near mile marker 14 on I-93 southbound. Upon arrival, troopers determined that a gray 2008 Mercury Milan had veered off the interstate, striking several trees along the right-hand side.

Londonderry Fire Department personnel worked to extricate the driver, identified as Lillianna Cawthron, from the vehicle. Cawthron was transported to Elliott Hospital in Manchester with life-threatening injuries. Despite the efforts of medical staff, Cawthron succumbed to her injuries. An investigation is ongoing.
