Hooksett, NH – State troopers are investigating a death at the Interstate 93 Welcome Center in Hooksett after an adult man was found deceased inside a vehicle early Wednesday morning.
According to the New Hampshire State Police, troopers from the Troop D barracks responded at 7:33 a.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2025, after locating the body in the southbound rest area parking lot. Officials said there is currently no indication the death is suspicious, though the investigation remains active.
The identity of the deceased man is being withheld pending an autopsy and notification of next of kin. Police added that the New Hampshire State Fire Marshal’s Office is working alongside troopers to determine whether carbon monoxide may have played a role. The Hooksett Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
