
New Castle, DE – Delaware State Police have identified 38-year-old Antonio Almanza-Leon, of New Castle, as the victim who died in a fatal hit-and-run crash Monday night.
According to Delaware State Police, the Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the deadly incident. Troopers are urging anyone who witnessed the crash or has information to contact Master Corporal R. Kunicki at (302) 365-8417. Tips may also be shared via Facebook message to the Delaware State Police, or by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
Police have not released details about the vehicle or driver allegedly involved in the crash. The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are appealing to the public for assistance in piecing together what happened.
