Nevada – The desert air is cool and still this morning, the Strip glowing faintly under a pale blue sky as Las Vegas eases into a calm stretch of late November weather. Sunlight glints off hotel glass and desert ridges, hinting at another mild day ahead before December’s colder air edges south.

The National Weather Service calls for a string of sunny, pleasant days through Monday. Highs hover near 70°F Friday, slipping to the mid-60s by Sunday and low 60s Monday. Nights cool quickly, dipping into the mid-40s with clear skies and light winds — classic desert fall conditions. It’s excellent weather for travel, outdoor shopping, or setting up early holiday lights.

But the mild spell won’t last forever. NOAA’s 6–10 Day Outlook shows below-normal temperatures spreading into the central and southwestern U.S. by early December. That colder air mass could pull Las Vegas highs into the upper 50s next week — a noticeable shift for locals used to warmth through Thanksgiving weekend.

For now, expect dry roads and clear skies across southern Nevada, though travelers returning north along I-15 toward Utah should watch for possible mountain snow Sunday night into Monday.
