LAS VEGAS — Nevada’s beloved annual holiday train programs are gearing up to bring festive cheer this Christmas season.
Festive family fun awaits at Boulder City’s Nevada State Railroad Museum. Each year, the museum offers exciting train rides through the Las Vegas Valley, departing from Boulder City and traveling to Henderson. This year, two programs are available: the Santa Train and the North Pole Express.
On the 40-minute Santa Train, guests will get to ride in a vintage railroad car with festive holiday music and even meet Santa and his helpers who stroll through the train. Families are encouraged to bring their best smiles for photos with Santa.
The Santa Train runs November 29 to December 21 on Saturdays and Sundays at:
9:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.
Go on a magical journey to Santa’s Railyard by joining the North Pole Express. This 90-minute ride includes holiday sing-alongs and a reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. There will also be hot cocoa and cookies with an opportunity to take photos with Santa.
The North Pole Express runs November 29 to December 21 on Saturdays and Sundays at:
5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Tickets for the Santa Train start from $12 per person and $35 for the North Pole Express.
