According to the National Weather Service in Hastings, today’s high will reach the mid-20s to mid-30s under mostly sunny skies. Winds will shift from the northwest to the southeast by the afternoon, at speeds of 5 to 15 mph.
Saturday is set to bring milder weather, with highs climbing to 40°F under clear skies. Overnight temperatures will hover around 25°F. On Sunday, temperatures are expected to spike to 52°F, with sunny conditions persisting.
Looking ahead, Christmas Day will see partly sunny skies with a high of 44°F, followed by a slight chance of rain Wednesday evening into Thursday. Temperatures for the midweek are forecast to stay in the 40s during the day, with lows around 30°F at night.
