Hastings, NE – Nebraska residents can expect a noticeable warm-up heading into the weekend, according to the National Weather Service office in Hastings. Temperatures will linger in the 60s Wednesday before rising to the mid-70s and even mid-80s by Saturday.
According to the National Weather Service, Wednesday’s highs will reach between 62° and 68°, with lows near 50°. Thursday brings mostly sunny skies and highs ranging from 76° to 84°, followed by similar warm and dry conditions Friday and Saturday.
Forecasters noted a limited 15% chance of light sprinkles midweek, but otherwise the region should stay dry. Morning clouds may linger early Wednesday, but by Thursday afternoon, clear skies will dominate much of south-central Nebraska.
Residents can expect comfortable fall evenings, with lows ranging from the upper 40s to mid-50s through Saturday.
